摘要:教师教学信念的树立和坚定是教学效果的重要保证,也是教师教学行为的有力指导。教学信念树立和研讨应该成为教学实践研究的重要板块。近些年来,在教育改革的相关指导中非常关注教师的发展,教学信念更是是内化在教师的思想当中的。本文立足于对教师教学信念含义的辨析,并对一学生案例进行研究,探讨提高教学信念对教学方法、教学活动和教学效果产生的重要影响。
