摘要:由于进一步的改革、经济世界一体化的推进,市场竞争更加剧烈,而竞争的焦点越来越体现为人力资源的竞争,特别是关于高水平人才的竞争。人才管理的关键就是对职员进行激励,职员的工作绩效以及水平由公司激励方案的水平决定,也就是后者对人才的使用效果产生作用,由此确定公司综合运营的水平以及效果,因此,公司管理的重点就是执行有效的人才激励策略。本文以北大方正为研究对象,基于相关激励理论,通过访谈调查、问卷调查、分析调查等实地调研方法收集数据,分析公司目前在职人员现状,发掘公司在人员激励方面存在的问题,并对调查结果统计分析,由物质和精神层面建立全方位的激励方案,在北大方正里创建对自己发展有好处的职工鼓励系统。
