摘要：随着移动互联网的飞速发展，信息技术正以惊人的速度改变着大学生的学习方式，全球的高等教育正在经历史无前例的变革。如何充分发挥互联网+教育的作用已经成为大家共同关注的问题。因此，构建互联网环境下大学英语学习的新模式并调查研究该新模式在学习者当中的接受度不失为一种有益的探索与尝试。

本文首先对在互联网+教育背景下的教学模式进行理论上的研究，然后在理论研究的基础上，以问卷调查为主要研究手段，以慕课，微课，翻转课堂这三种模式为研究对象，着重探析了南通大学学生在英语学习过程中对新兴教学模式的参与度、动机、态度、方式、效果等各方面的真实情况。调查结果表明，南通大学学生在英语学习方面认为互联网的作用总体来说利大于弊，利用互联网学习英语更加注重以学生为中心，并且具有跨越时空限制，资源丰富，灵活自主的优势。但是网络学习也存在着问题，比如说，网络学习缺乏老师的讲解与督促，互联网对于学生诱惑力太大，网络学习平台还不太成熟等。文章进一步讨论了造成问题的原因以及可实施的解决措施。

本文基于理论研究的基础上，用实证研究的方法调查了大学生在互联网背景下英语学习新模式的现状，探索了如何最有效地结合互联网新模式与传统模式，从而更好地实现教学目的，同时也能为进一步的研究提供参考和经验。
