摘要：文言文,作为我国经典著作的一大主要组成部分，它的英语翻译成为中国文化走向全世界的一大重点。但由于英汉两种语言所属地域不同，因此造成的思维方式差距较大，特点各不相同。首先，我们要理解文言文整体内容含义，考虑到中西方文化的不同之处，思考如何将我们的文化正确的表达出来，包括语言功能的对等，一词多义的推敲，最后要注意汉语偏向于达意，以意统形，而英语注重达形，严密的句型和关联词构成了文章的逻辑关系。在我们进行英汉互译的时候，要时刻记住两者不同的侧重点。
