摘要：本研究以大学 40 名商务英语专业大四在校生为调查对象，进行了商务英语专业人才需求和培养模式调研。研究通过比较分析调查结果发现，大多数商务英语在校生对自己未来的发展没有明确的方向和规划，而已实习工作的同学发现自己在面试以及工作中缺乏社会实践经验。本研究对于改善现有商务英语专业人才培养模式具有不少启示，包括引导学生工作岗位需求、重视英语基本功训练、打造“双师型”教师队伍、增加实践教学等。
