生态翻译学作为跨学科理论在翻译研究领域开辟了一个新的视角。三维转换是生态翻译学的翻译方法，包括语言，文化和交际三维转换。本文以胡庚申的生态翻译学为理论视角，用生态翻译学的翻译方法—三维转换法来研究《2018政府工作报告》的英译，给政府工作报告的翻译研究提供一种新的视角。

Abstract

Nowadays, China’s international status and influence have improved significantly. So the international community is eager to learn about China’s economic and social development. Government work report is the most authoritative source of information for the international community to understand China's national conditions and development dynamics, which involves many aspects, including politics, economy, culture, diplomacy, and people's livelihood. Therefore, the translation of government work report is crucial to show China’s international image and win the recognition of the international community.

Eco-translatology is a new translation theory proposed by Professor Hu Gengshen, which can be understood as the translation study under the ecological perspective. As an interdisciplinary theory, Eco-translatology has opened up a new perspective in the field of translation research. The translation approach of Eco-translatology is three-dimensional transformations. In this thesis, the author selects Professor Hu’s Eco-translatology as the theoretical guidance to explore how linguistic-dimensional transformation, cultural-dimensional transformation, and communicative-dimensional transformation are realized in the translation of 2018 Government Work Report. It is hoped that this thesis can provide a new perspective for researches on the translation of government work report.
