摘要：随着教育改革的发展，教学方法也需要与时俱进。合作学习是当下最符合新课程标准（2017版）的一种学习模式。该研究以Z初中初一到初三(每个年级两个班共六个班)目前课堂中合作学习存在的问题为现实基础,并采用了文献综述法、访谈法和案例分析法，旨在解决以下三个方面的问题：一是合作学习在目前初中英语教学课堂存在的问题；二是针对问题如何开展有效的学习；三是合作学习的一些拓展策略。研究表明，多数初中英语教师受传统教育理念的影响，目前的合作学习并没有把学生放在教学的主体地位；提出将学生科学的分组、布置有效的讨论任务等方案，进一步开展落实有效的合作学习。
