中文摘要：随着经济全球化的发展，留学生教育事业也蓬勃兴起，中国目前已经成为亚洲第一留学生大国，留学生教育尤其在高校发展中占有重要地位，随着来华留学生人数的不断增加，以及留学类型的多元化，跨文化交际问题及解决对策在其中的地位日益凸显，因此增设跨文化交际课程，应对留学生在跨文化交际过程中出现的问题及障碍，寻找解决对策是十分必要的，保证留学生在来华学习过程中具有应对跨文化障碍的能力及方法。

本文针对来华留学生在跨文化交际过程中出现的问题及解决对策搜集相关资料，以及加入自己的观点立场，并以山东第一医科大学为例，针对山东第一医科大学的来华留学生设计了一份调查问卷，了解来华留学生在跨文化交际的过程中出现的真实问题以及他们需要的解决办法，本文共包括四部分内容：第一部分为跨文化交际的理论知识介绍，第二部分为跨文化交际过程中出现的问题，第三部分为来华留学生在跨文化交际过程中出现问题的原因，第四部分为来华留学生在跨文化交际过程中出现问题的应对策略。最后环节为针对本文所写内容的总结与自我批评，针对所写内容寻找自己的问题与不足。
