中文摘要：随着经济全球化和一体化，英语逐渐成为世界通用语言。学好一门语言的前提是了解这个国家的文化，打破沟通上的文化壁垒 。本论文着重探讨在中学英语教学中学生培养跨文化意识会面临的障碍以及解决措施，旨在促进中学生跨文化理解能力和交际能力的提高，并进一步促进中学生英语素养的形成。这种交际意识的培养对中学生英语理解能力和语言表达能力的发展起着积极的作用。教师应认识到培养跨文化意识的必要性，并通过优化教学方法将跨文化意识融入课堂教学的全过程，使学生加深对英语文化的理解，并对文化差异有全面的认识和正确的看法。教师在学习和理解知识的基础上，学会利用文化差异进行英语教学，从文化差异的角度出发，进一步提高英语教学中的文化水平，减少因文化冲突而引起的理解偏差，这对中学生的未来发展有着深远的影响。

    然而，在英语课堂中运用跨文化意识学习英语不可避免地存在一些障碍。因此，本文在分析和研究国内外教学中培养跨文化意识的相关研究的基础上，结合其难以培养的原因，提出了相应的改进英语教学的策略。
