中文摘要:在初中教学中,英语属于较难的科目,很多学生在小学时普遍对英语还没有很好的理解与掌握,造成学生学习能力悬殊,此外,根据新课标和素质教育的要求,教学越来越注重学生的个性差异,注重学生本体,因此,分层教学显得更加重要。本文主要从课前分层、课中分层和课后分层三大部分进行分析。运用分层教学,缩小两极分化,让不同层次的学生都能进步,让原本成绩较好的学生更加热爱英语,让基础较差的学生逐渐喜爱英语并能积极主动学习英语。
