中文摘要：在初中教学中，英语属于较难的科目，很多学生在小学时普遍对英语还没有很好的理解与掌握，造成学生学习能力悬殊，此外，根据新课标和素质教育的要求，教学越来越注重学生的个性差异，注重学生本体，因此，分层教学显得更加重要。本文主要从课前分层、课中分层和课后分层三大部分进行分析。运用分层教学，缩小两极分化，让不同层次的学生都能进步，让原本成绩较好的学生更加热爱英语，让基础较差的学生逐渐喜爱英语并能积极主动学习英语。
