摘要：随着罗森塔尔和雅各布逊的《课堂中的皮格马利翁效应：教师期望与学生智力》公布于世，人们便对教师期望研究投入很大的热情。特别是教师期望的课堂研究，无论是理论研究还是实证研究都取得了一系列的研究成果。

本文在引言部分通过介绍罗森塔尔试验，阐述了教师期望的形成以及教师期望效应的产生。同时，总结了部分国内和国外已有的研究成果。

论文首先研究总结了教师期望对学生课堂行为的积极及消极影响及其相应的表现形式。其次通过阐述影响教师期望的因素，提出教师如何树立积极恰当的教师期望。最后，总结树立积极教师期望在实践教学中的意义以及对教师教学的启示。
