摘要:在中学英语课堂教学中,纯英文的教学方式虽然受到很多人倡导,但是对学生素质和教师专业素养的要求非常高,实施起来有一定的难度。因此,在英语课堂中混合适量的中文是必要的。本文基于Verschueren的语言顺应理论,探究中、英语码转换的功能,对提高中学英语课堂教学效率、活跃课堂气氛、加深相互的理解等有一定的应用价值。本文通过研究有关文献,回顾了语码转换的研究历史及顺应论,并结合中学英语课堂中教师、学生的语料,分析语码转换的功能。其结论是:正确利用语码转换有利于在不同课型如词汇课、语法课中顺应语言现实、社会规约、心理动机。通过本文,希望人们能够更好地理解和掌握中学英语课堂语码转换的顺应功能并能在正确的指导下运用于实践中。
