摘要：英语词汇教学是英语教学的重要组成部分之一｡没有词汇,将无法表达英语｡普通高中英语课程标准(2017年版)的英语课程内容六大要素中,将主题语境放在首位｡新课标在多个方面也告诉英语老师,当下的英语词汇教与学都应该结合具体主题,在特定语境下进行｡然而虽然有新课标的指导,在实际教学过程中,仍然存在诸多问题｡本研究采用了问卷调查法,对绵阳市某中学的高中生随机发放问卷｡总共收回有效问卷114份｡通过分析问卷调查结果,进一步实证了当前高中英语词汇教学确实没有广泛应用语境,并且学生的词汇学习困难主要还是词汇意义的记忆｡所以,本文首先分析了新课标背景下,当前高中英语词汇教学现状,随后介绍了本研究的方法论｡最后分析了问卷结果,聚焦于基于语境的词汇教学的应用,从五个方面进行探讨:在语境下进行词汇教学的教学材料的选择;词汇呈现方式;真实语境的设计策略;提高学生记词动机的策略;两种有效的词汇记忆方式推荐｡希望为一线英语教师适应新课标的要求,提供在语境下进行词汇教学的思路和方法,促进高中英语词汇教学的转型｡
